We called a few different places, including Mark, when we needed repairs on a system in one of our rentals a few years ago. Mark was the only one who returned our voice mail. He promptly came to the house, explained the problem, gave us options for repair, and professionally and efficiently fixed the problem. We have used him ever since, most recently for an a/c issue. He diagnosed it over the phone, suggested that we check two things, and said if it was neither of those, he could come out the next day. My husband was able to fix the system based on Mark's suggestion. To the people who posted that Mark is a little more expensive, which is not our experience, I would say that his responsiveness, professionalism, helpfulness, and expertise is worth it, especially considering the decline of all of these things in our current economic culture.- Robin D.

Mark replaced our swamp cooler. I got 3 quotes from local companies...Mark was the first to respond, the only one to climb onto the roof to take proper measurements and the only company who explained how he WOULD do it, unlike the other companies who only complained how hard it would be since our roof is at such a high pitch. He was also affordable and his follow up customer service top notch. I highly recommend Mark Mechanical.

Mark and his crew were great to work with, and made a very competitive bid. He patiently came by our house multiple times, and helped us shape a cooling solution that balanced comfort and cost. We ended up purchasing a roof-mounted Breezair evaporative cooler with four supply ducts, which qualified us for a large rebate from our utility. Mark was super helpful in making sure we qualified for the rebate, as well as helping us evaluate different systems. And he's great with our dog, which is always a plus. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark Mechanical to anyone who is looking for the right balance of responsiveness, quality and cost.

I hesitate to share this because I don't want to share him (but I will because he deserves the truth)! Mark is (hands down) the best furnance repairman around. I can 100% trust him to return a call, and he cares about people as well as his performance. I understand when things get busy at work one can't be everywhere for everyone, and the demands can be endless, but Mark maintains a calm professional expertise, is honest, and knows his stuff. Doing business with someone who sees the customer as a person and not just a furnace (lol) is priceless.

Best on the Western Slope!
Needed Ac installed, swamp cooler wasn't cutting it anymore. Mark called me back right away, and scheduled an estimate within days (other companies in town were weeks out for an estimate and not very quick to respond) We did our research and these guys where literally thousands cheaper than others in town.
They worked around my schedule and did the complete AC install in one day. The guys doing the install were great; friendly and hard working. Others in our neighborhood have also used Mark and everyone is more than happy.
If you are reading reviews to decide on which company to pick for your needs, trust me, these are the guys!

Our furnace went out during a cold snap. I called Mark and he got right back to us. He repaired our unit quickly, efficiently and reasonably priced. He also helped us with a pump to get hot water quickly to our back bathrooms. I found Mark to be friendly, professional, skilled and reliable. I highly recommend him for any plumbing or heat related service.
